The logo is the "face" of a coconut, wearing a traditional Samoan necklace. The myth of the first coconut tree follows the legend of "Sina and the Eel." Sina was a beautiful young woman whose beauty was heard all throughout the islands. The king of Fiji heard of her and was determined to see her for himself. He turned himself into an eel and swam to Samoa to see her. The eel gained Sina's friendship and became her pet. As time went on, the eel grew older and weaker and could not hide his true feelings any longer, as he was madly in love with her. When he revealed his true self to her, he knew she would not accept his proposal due to his old age. The village chiefs came and killed the eel. Before dying, he asked that she bury his head in the ground and from where the eel's head was buried, sprouted the first coconut tree. It is said when one of the holes in a coconut is punctured and drank from, it is Sina kissing the eel. This is where the inspiration for the name came from.

The menu of the restaurant features the legend of Sina and the Eel, which customers can read and order a coconut drink, experiencing the legend for themselves. The menu itself would be made with paper made from coconut husks and bound with thin rope thread also made from coconuts.
