The logo was inspired by the signature "High Octane" wings, playing off the double meaning of the words "wings" and "grill." The wings are a reference to the signature meal as well as flying bird wings, representing the fast-paced amusement park. The grill is the front end of a big-rig, showing power as well as doubling as a BBQ grill. The brand colors are orange and black, to symbolize fire and charcoal, both coming from a grill.

The restaurant is a walk-up style with plenty of seating outside. Customers can choose to pre-order their food through an app and pick up at the "Grab-n-Go" or wait in line. While they wait, they can take a photo in an old style gas pump and share it online with their friends and family.

The hat and t-shirt is for both employees to wear and customers to purchase. The hat is trucker-style, referencing the logo being a big-rig grill, with plush foam wings on the sides. "High Octane" means to be powerful, dynamic, and fits perfectly with the theme of the restaurant.

The menu highlights the signature meal as well as the merchandise being sold. Customers can also purchase a souvenir drink cup, which is in the shape of a gas canister, playing off the idea of food as fuel, as vehicles need fuel in order to go, people need their own source of fuel. The drink is a perfect attention-grabber for anyone walking through the amusement park.

This rectangular food container is great for any type of food purchased, whether it is a hot dog, nachos, BBQ ribs, or the signature "High Octane" wings. The road rash markings further symbolize the power and speed of Full Throttle Grill.
